The main task of the Corresponding Secretary is to create and maintain the rosters of the state and branch officers. Under this category is also a roster of the branch presidents for the convenience of the state president. She also compiles, when requested, individual rosters for specific areas, such as public policy, C/U, publicity, etc.

 In 2016 I added the task of maintaining the state calendar on the state website, because it seemed a natural task related to the job.

In 2016 I also added the responsibility of handling the registration for AZ-AAUW Fall Forum. Once again, this task seemed to be a natural fit for the person who keeps the rosters.\
